How do I know if you have received my order?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number, which we can use to confirm your ordered items. If you have any queries, please quote your order number when emailing or phoning us. We will send you another email containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

When will I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order and payment have been confirmed an email will be sent stating the item has been shipped along with the tracking number.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use carriers such as Canada Post, Can Par, UPS and Fed Ex. We always try to utilize the carrier that is most economical to our customers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, it could be as fast as two to three business days within Ontario and approximately five to seven business days to farther parts of Canada. Territories could take longer. Please note, we can not be responsible for delayed orders due to issues from the carriers. This is however a rare occurrence.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, yes it is possible to cancel before it ships, but once you have received the first confirmation email your cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover costs of the credit card transaction. Once the item has shipped, cancellation of an order is no longer possible.

How does my order come packaged?

Orders are shipped in either a brown shipping box or protective envelope with the return name of MSS Online.
